Guests must do free street parking which is directly in front of the house on St Louis Ave, or there are many side streets around the house you can park along as well.This downtown location is only a couple blocks from the beach, boardwalk, shops, restaurants, amusement rides, and activities (5 minute walk)! Park your car for the week, and walk or bike to all the fun destinations. A perfect spot for all the OC events such as Sunfest, Springfest, Cruisin OC, Endless Summer Cruisin, Senior Week, Wine on the Beach, White Marlin Open, etc. This is a non smoking unit. No pets allowed. There is a 3 night minimum. Sheets, Towels, Linens are included in your stay. We provide sheets & towels, but do not make the beds.
