For swimmers, enjoy indoor and outdoor pools along with a kiddie pool. All ages will enjoy the fun of the interactive fountains. Have fun in the sun on the private beaches around the island. You can also use the Clubhouse, fitness center and walking trails. Sunset Island has something for everyone in your family! This property is a 4BR townhouse. Bed sizes include 1 King,
2 queens beds, a pyramid bunk with a trundle and double sleep sofa. Guest supplies bed linens, towels, paper goods and soaps. An optional linen package is available for this property. Linens would be delivered to the condo for your arrival. A set would include a sheet set for each bed and a towel set for the occupancy of the condo. You will be able to add this option to your reservation for a fee if you wish.
This property rents Saturday to Saturday in season and any 2 nights off season. Non refundable parking/facility fee $100 Jan-April and Oct-Dec, $150 May 1-27 and Sept 10-30, $200 all other dates. Includes 6 facility passes, add'l passes available for $70 each. No trailers permitted. Non-smoking, non-vaping property. No pets, please. Our property owners do not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
